The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dry pasta of low calorie and high protein using Tenebrio molitor (mealworm) and tapioca starch. More specifically, the present invention pulverizes Tenebrio molitor in a mixing step to make up 20% of a total weight and mixes flour and tapioca in a ratio of 1.15 : 1 to perform hot-air drying for a short time at 120 degrees in a drying step to make a water content equal to or less than 12.5%.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
