The present invention provides a catalyst for hydrothermally treating carbon monoxide oxidation comprising a support comprising a metal oxide nanoparticle and a catalyst comprising a noble metal nanoparticle supported on the support, and a method of manufacturing the same. Other catalysts in the present invention may apply hydrothermal treatment conditions that are substantially similar to the actual vehicle exhaust environment to solve the catalyst inertness problem, contributing to the design of stable automotive catalysts with improved catalyst activity.
