The present invention relates to a smart factory system capable of reducing production costs and a providing method thereof. The providing method of the present invention comprises: a first step of collecting product order information; a second step of distributing component works; a third step of checking shipping; a fourth step of processing an order return; a fifth step of checking shipping; a sixth step of receiving an AS request; a seventh step of determining whether a component partial repair is required; an eighth step of extracting a component order image and component size information; a ninth step of performing the third to fifth steps corresponding to a shipping process to a place where an orderer terminal (400) is placed; a tenth step of extracting the component order image and the component size information in case of a component partial repair; an eleventh of delivering a damaged component from an orderer to a manufacturing robot manager; a twelfth step of transmitting the extracted component order image via a network (200); and a thirteenth step of performing the third to fifth steps corresponding to a shipping process to a place where the orderer terminal (400) is placed.
