The present invention relates to a movable and expandable hose reel firefighting system for extinguishing a forest fire, capable of moving a long distance. According to the present invention, the movable and expandable hose reel firefighting system for extinguishing a forest fire comprises a hydrant installed at an entrance of a mountain. The hydrant comprises: upper and lower doors to be opened when a forest fire occurs; a cart disposed therein and having a caster coupled to a lower side to allow the hydrant to move; and a plurality of A-frame carriers disposed in an inner upper part and slung on shoulders to be carried.
