The present invention relates to a non-excavation water supply and sewage pipe repair method which enables continuous construction along a water supply and sewage pipe, saves costs required for the construction, and enables eco-friendly repair and construction according to sites with fewer personnel. To achieve the above purposes, according to the present invention, the non-excavation water supply and sewage pipe repair method comprises: a preparation step of preparing a repair by blocking a branch pipe in a pipeline and checking a crack portion; a washing step of removing contaminants attached to an inner surface thereof by using a washing device moving along the pipeline; a drying step of discharging high-pressure dry air to the inside of the pipeline cleaned by a drying device connected to the washing device and moved or by heating and drying the inside by using a heating element; a resin spraying step of spraying a repairing resin at a high pressure along the inner surface of the pipeline dried by using a spray device connected to the drying device and moved; a plastering step of uniformly applying the repairing resin sprayed through the resin spraying step to the inner surface of the pipeline by using a plastering device connected to the spraying device and moved; and a heating step of curing the repairing resin uniformly plastered on the inner surface of the pipeline by heating the repairing resin to high temperatures by using a heating device connected to the plastering device and moved.
