The present invention relates to a manhole repairing method using an ultrafast-hardening and high-strength concrete composition with improved freezing-thawing resistance, reducing scattering dust by coating an eco-friendly basalt fiber and a light material with oil. 12-18 parts by weight of mixed water are mixed with 100 parts by weight, which are made by mixing 35-45 wt% of waste ascon aggregate and 55-65 wt% of ultrafast-hardening mortar, and placed. Moreover, Portland cement, a basalt fiber, silica fume powder, calcium sulfoaluminate, plaster, dry aggregate, a powder fluidization material, lithium carbonate powder, inorganic paint, oleic acid, a delay material and a deformation material are classified into three categories in accordance with the specific gravity and volume of raw materials from a production procedure. A light material is soaked in oil, and then, the particles are coated in a gravity-free blender. Therefore, the ultrafast-hardening mortar can reduce scattering dust, enhance compression and bending strength and secure resistance to freezing-thawing to considerably increase durability. Moreover, the number of times performing repairing work can be significantly reduced with an extended lifespan of a repaired part, time and costs for maintenance can be minimized, construction can be performed for various types of new and urgent repairing work, and, in particular, an optimal matter property can be provided for repairing a manhole on the surface of a road to considerably increase efficiency of manhole repairing work.
