The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a sanitary sheet where sophora flavescens substances are combined with red clay, kaolin, and illite. The method comprises: a step of selecting red clay, kaolin and illite, pulverizing and mixing the same at a fixed ratio; a step of adding a sophora flavescens liquid into the mixture and manufacturing a mixture suspension; a step of diluting the manufactured mixture suspension; and a step of combining the mixture suspension with breathable woven fabric and drying the same. Thus, the manufacturing method for a sanitary sheet can manufacture a functional sanitary sheet capable of emitting a large quantity of anions and far-infrared radiation by forming a mixture film on the breathable woven fabric; having sterilization and insecticidal activities, antibiosis and a deodorizing function; providing adhesion such that the mixture film is not easily separated from the woven fabric; and even having an air purifying function. Therefore, the manufacturing method for a sanitary sheet can provide sanitary goods such as patient gowns, diapers, sanitary pads, gauze, and clothes or house mats for companion animals including bed sheets for patients in the hospital.
