Embodiments of the present invention provide a multi-channel track detection apparatus and a radar system. The multi-channel track detection apparatus generates a plot through double clustering, accumulates the channel quality matching a diversity frequency and a beam number in the plot, and determines a track based on a distance of the plot and the accumulated channel quality of the plot, thereby quickly extracting a plot of a real target among targets detected by a three-dimensional radar.
