The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fabric such as carpet or cushion by recycling wasted clothing, the method comprising the steps of: removing accessories such as pockets, zippers, buttons, and the like from different kinds of wasted clothing; preparing the wasted clothing from which accessories are removed by cutting into a flat fabric form; laminating the wasted clothing in several layers and winding in rolls to attach the same with an adhesive; obtaining a roll block of a predetermined length by cutting the wasted clothing wound in the roll form; and arranging the plurality of the roll blocks obtained in a standing state to stand next to each other, applying an adhesive and compressing to adhere to each other to produce a fabric in the form of a plate.
