Provided is a method for preparing a crude polysaccharide based on the synergistic fermentation of corn stover and fungi, comprising steps of: (1) placing dry and ground corn stover in a hydrothermal reaction kettle, adding deionized water, sealing the hydrothermal reaction kettle, placing the hydrothermal reaction kettle in a heating device, performing a reaction, taking out a reaction product, centrifuging, and drying solids; (2) adding the product obtained in step (1) into a container, adding dried tofu residues and distilled water, mixing uniformly, sterilizing to obtain a mixture material, inoculating an inoculation solution of a fungus strain under sterile conditions, sealing the container, and culturing in the dark, so as to obtain a crude polysaccharide.
