A method for providing a home rehabilitation service linked with a rehabilitation device comprises the steps in which: a doctor terminal receives basic information and diagnostic information of a patient; the doctor terminal generates prescription information on the basis of the input basic information and diagnostic information; the doctor terminal encrypts the generated prescription information and stores same in a portable storage device; when the storage device is connected to a patient terminal, the patient terminal receives, from a home rehabilitation device linked with the patient terminal, rehabilitation training data measured through rehabilitation training based on the prescription information; and the patient terminal records the received rehabilitation training data in the storage device.
