Disclosed are an exhaust gas desulfurization device and an exhaust gas desulfurization method based on axial absorption and diffusion, and a control system for the exhaust gas desulfurization device. In the device, two desulfurization beds (3-4a, 3-4b) are arranged in parallel, and a cavity between the two desulfurization beds (3-4a, 3-4b) is in communication with a gas inlet (3-1) of a desulfurization module (3), and same then cooperates with the arrangement of the position of a gas outlet (3-2), such that the exhaust gas passes through the desulfurization module (3) in the form of an annular disturbed flow and the exhaust gas is brought into a full contact with a desulfurization reagent, wherein multiple desulfurization modules (3) are used in series to further improve the desulphurization efficiency thereof.
