Provided are a connecting structure for a stent (10) and valve leaflets (20) which is used for an interventional pulmonary valve or an interventional aortic valve, and an interventional pulmonary valve and an interventional aortic valve using the connecting structure. A stent (10) is a metal net pipe, valve leaflets (20) are three sector-shaped valve leaflets (20) arranged on an inner side of the stent (10), each of the three sector-shaped valve leaflets (20) is provided with a free edge (21), an arc-shaped bottom side (22) and valve leaflet joint connecting parts (23) extending on two sides, three connecting columns (11) are uniformly distributed on the metal net pipe, and after the joint connecting parts (23) on two sides of all the valve leaflets (20) are folded at inner sides of all the connecting columns (11) to form buffering parts (24), the joint connecting parts are connected and fixed to the connecting columns (11) by means of sutures. The connecting structure for the stent (10) and the valve leaflets (20) can avoid stress concentration when the valve leaflets (20) are opened and closed and friction between the valve leaflets and the stent (10), and achieves a hemodynamic effect and a durability function similar to those of a bioprosthetic valve.
