Disclosed are a method and server for managing distributed resource utilization, and a microgrid power transaction system comprising same. The server for managing distributed resource utilization is characterized by comprising: a control unit which publicly announces, to bidding participant terminals, a power request tender for receiving power back from a distributed resource, and calculates a fee for a power transaction made through the tender; and a communication unit which receives bidding participation applications for each type of distributed resource, and transmits information about the results of the tender to the bidding participant terminals.
