Disclosed is an artificial intelligence appraisal system comprising a customer terminal and an appraisal server for appraising an item on the basis of image data transmitted online from the customer terminal through a network, wherein the appraisal server comprises an artificial intelligence-based appraisal engine trained by deep learning so that a model of the item can be distinguished, and the appraisal engine distinguishes whether the item corresponds to a genuine product of the model by performing image signal processing on one or more point parts of the item.
