The present inventive concept relates to a method for coordinating project information, wherein the method is implemented in a project coordination module communicatively connected to a project module, an activity module, a data collecting object module, and a user device, the method comprising: receiving user identification data from the user device; identifying a user based on the user identification data; receiving, from a project module, project data of a project associated with the user; determining a current stage of the project based on the project data; receiving, from an activity module, current stage data associated with the current stage; determining at least one activity linked to the current stage of the project based on the current stage data; receiving selection data from the user; determining a selected activity of the at least one determined activity based on the selection data; receiving, from a data collecting object module, a data collecting object associated with the selected activity; and providing the data collecting object to the user device.
