A system for the diagnosis of wind turbines of a wind generator (6), comprising an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) intended to approach a wind turbine (4), characterised in that the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) (1) incorporates an acoustic sensor device configured to capture the sound waves arriving from a wind turbine (4), the acoustic sensor device being attached to the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) by means of a support, and where the acoustic sensor device (3) is in wireless data communication with a remote data receiver which collects data related to the sound waves.
