A method for controlling sesames to be uniformly distributed in process of being steamed for nine times and shined for nine times, comprising: placing a sesame tray on a conveying belt by means of a mechanical hand; when the sesame tray is conveyed to a first preset position, covering the surface of the sesame tray with a first high-temperature cloth liner; when the sesame tray is conveyed to a second preset position, placing sesame samples having preset quality on the first high-temperature cloth liner, and flattening the sesame samples by means of the mechanical hand; after the sesame tray leaves the second preset position, obtaining the quality data of N sub regions corresponding to N quality detectors by means of the N quality detectors, and transmitting the quality data of the N sub regions to a quality monitoring system; and by means of the quality monitoring system, analyzing the quality data of any two sub regions, and controlling the sesame samples to be uniformly distributed on the sesame tray.
