A coordinative extraction and pressure relief method for a high confined water high gas coal seam group. The method comprises: by forming a vertical drill hole (6) and forming, in the vertical drill hole (6), coal seam drill holes (7) communicated with coal seams, implementing fracturing of the coal seams by injecting high-pressure water into the vertical drill hole (6) and the coal seam drill holes (7); after the coal seams are fractured, pumping and draining the high-pressure water, and then providing a drainage drill hole (8) communicating the vertical drill hole (6) and an aquifer (4); arranging a pumping and draining main pipe (9) in the vertical drill hole (6), arranging gas extraction branch pipes (10) in the coal seam drill holes (7), and arranging a drainage branch pipe (11) in the drainage drill hole (8) and mounting a corresponding valve; and sequentially pumping gas and storage water of the aquifer away. Therefore, extraction of the gas and high confined water in the coal seams is implemented by "one hole and one pipe for multiple purposes". The method has the advantages of simple construction process, low costs, and high extraction and drainage efficiency.
