This scenario providing device has stored therein a scenario file, a customization file for describing setting values for variables used to execute processes that constitute a scenario, and a menu for selecting a scenario. A menu providing unit of the scenario providing device causes a scenario execution terminal to display a menu, and determines a scenario in accordance with a choice selected through the scenario execution terminal from among choices included in the displayed menu. A scenario providing unit of the scenario providing device transmits the customization file and the scenario file of the determined scenario. A scenario execution unit of the scenario execution terminal assigns setting values for variables described in the customization file by a user to the scenario indicated by the scenario file, and then executes said scenario.
