A quick positioning method for forming a two-dimensional code positioning point dot matrix, and a quick positioning method for capturing a two-dimensional code positioning point dot matrix. The quick positioning method for forming a two-dimensional code positioning point dot matrix comprises: setting or reading a positioning point data dot matrix; drawing four centrosymmetric main positioning point dot matrices on a set background; and adding positioning spacer regions to the peripheries of the main positioning point dot matrices. The method solves the technical problems of a long positioning time and a high positioning error rate during two-dimensional code identification, enhances the reliability of two-dimensional code positioning, improves the identification efficiency, and reduces the pollution of positioning points and data.
