Provided is an active fault tolerant control method of an aero-engine based on error interval observer, which belongs to the field of aviation control technology, including tracking the reference model status and output by the aero-engine through the error feedback controller; achieving the compensation of the aero-engine control system with the disturbance signal and the failure of the actuator and the sensor through the virtual sensor and the virtual actuator; observing the error between the aero-engine failure system and the reference model through the error interval observer, and returning the error to the error feedback controller; finally, the difference between the reference model output of the failure system and the virtual actuator output is used as the control signal, to achieve active fault tolerant control of the aero-engine. This method achieves that even if disturbance signal is presented when the actuator and sensor of the aero-engine fail, the system can be operated in the desired state without changing the controller, which has strong fault tolerance and anti-interference ability.
