The present invention belongs to the field of machines for heat-treating solid materials or objects by removing liquid. Specifically, it relates to machines with progressive movement for drying objects or for drying batches of a compact material with a total or partial circular movement in a horizontal plane, and consists of a heating device for decontaminating and sanitizing chicken faeces or chicken manure to improve the composting process. The design allows a uniform transfer of heat supplied through plates of an endless screw that transports the load through a U-shaped cylindrical base containing the endless screw, from the inlet through a hopper to the outlet of the body, with continuous flow, heating being performed by infrared radiation, minimising carbon monoxide emission and of ash production.
