The present invention provides a compression stocking for a hemiplegia patient, which is worn on an arm or a leg of the hemiplegia patient, the stocking comprising: a body including an observation part through which a human body portion of a patient can be observed so that a corresponding blood vessel lesion can be identified, wherein the body presses portions of the arm or the leg with different pressing degrees. According to the present invention, the stocking may be worn on an arm or a leg of a hemiplegia patient, which requires treatment, so as to correct and cure an acute hemi-limb problem, the stocking may be worn on an arm or a leg of a hemiplegia patient to press portions with different pressures so as to prevent the occurrence of thrombi, and a blood vessel lesion of a hemiplegia patient may be identified through the observation part formed through the end of the stocking while the stocking is worn on an arm or a leg of the patient.
