An air-pressure water washing system for a concrete pump truck, and a concrete pump truck. The air-pressure water washing system for a concrete pump truck comprises an air source (1), an air transport pipeline (2), a water washing control box (3), and a water tank (4). The air source (1) is connected to the air tank (4) by means of the air transport pipeline (2). The water washing control box (3) is provided on the air transport pipeline (2). The water washing control box comprises a first control valve (31). The first control valve (31) has three operation states. In a first operation state, the air source (1) is communicated with the water tank (4) by means of the first control valve (31). In a second operation state, the water tank (4) is communicated with the atmosphere by means of the first control valve (31). In a third operation state, the water tank (4) is closed by means of the first control valve (31). The air-pressure water washing system for the concrete pump truck and the water washing control box of the concrete pump struck have pressurizing, closing, and pressure-relief operation states, and are able to implement functions such as pressurizing control, pressure adjustment, overvoltage protection, and pressure relief. All manipulations for washing operations are completed on the water washing control box, such that the structure of the air transport pipeline is simplified, and the washing operations are convenient.
