Provided is a control method for rapid trapping and high-frequency opposite ejection of a cold atomic group. The method comprises: step 01, arranging three groups of optical diaphragms (34) on three groups of optical splitters (33) in a three-dimensional magnetic optical trap, wherein the three groups of optical diaphragms (34) are used to form a light-shielding region (32); step 02, ejecting a cold atomic group to a second three-dimensional magnetic optical trap (6) from a first three-dimensional magnetic optical trap (5) along a movement trajectory, wherein the movement trajectory passes the light-shielding region (32) of the three-dimensional magnetic optical traps at two sides; and step 03, when it is determined that the cold atomic group enters the light-shielding region (32) of the first three-dimensional magnetic optical trap (5), starting a three-dimensional cooling light and a three-dimensional back pumping light in the first three-dimensional magnetic optical trap (5) to capture the next cold atomic group.
