An embodiment of the present invention relates to the technical field of environmental protection, and provided thereby are a sanitation intelligent cleaning and sweeping operation robot control system and cleaning machinery. The present invention comprises: transmitting map information, robot position information, and obstacle detection information to a main controller by means of a navigation system and a detection module, thereby performing local motion path planning, and controlling a walking system and an operating system to perform a cleaning and sweeping operation on a road surface on a planned route and collect garbage in the hands of pedestrians. Compared to the prior art which requires that cleaning and sweeping operations be performed by means of a manner of manually controlling traditional machinery, the present invention does not need manual participation and control to achieve the garbage cleaning of planned routes, which greatly reduces usage costs, and may achieve continuous operations and higher work efficiency.
