A method and device for calculating a teleconnection between air temperature and climate factors. The method comprises: upon analyzing a correlation between air temperature and a plurality of climate factors, employing climate factors having a global impact and air temperature data having credibility (S1); calculating, by means of a third-order partial correlation coefficient, a variable relation between each climate factor and the air temperature data in a spatial raster (S2); and excluding, by means of a confidence level, an interference factor from a calculation result (S3), so as to obtain climate factors having the greatest impact on temperature changes. The method can more accurately reflect temperature changes in a selected region, and show which climate factors are affecting the temperature of the region. The method is employed such that it is possible to predict future temperature changes in a specific region on the basis of current changes in several climate factors, thereby providing certain reference information for making a prediction about biological yields of vegetation in the region, and improving the accuracy of risk prediction regarding agricultural and forestry production. The device employing the method also achieves the same effects.
