Disclosed are a supporting structural body for local goaf filling under hard roof conditions and a construction method therefor, belonging to the technical field of stratum movement control in coal mining. The supporting structural body comprises an inner filling body (4) located in a goaf, and a lateral supporting body and an isolation body which are located on two sides of the filling body (4), wherein the lateral supporting body comprises a concrete-filled steel tube pier (2), an anti-tilt supporting leg (3), and a flexible yielding structure (8); the concrete-filled steel tube pier (2) serves as a main supporting structure, and is made by pouring concrete grout into a seamless steel tube; the anti-tilt supporting leg (3) is arranged at the middle of the concrete filled steel tube pier (2); and the isolation body comprises a gangue bag wall (7) built between adjacent concrete filled steel tube piers (2), a flexible lateral protection steel plate (6) erected next to the concrete-filled steel tube pier (2), and a waterproof plastic curtain (5) hung on one side of the flexible lateral protection steel plate (6). By means of the supporting structural body for local filling and the construction method therefor, sufficient and long-term supporting resistance can be provided, in a goaf, for an overlying strata roof, and especially for a hard roof stratum, ensuring that a central "elastic core region" of the structure remains for a long time.
