Provided is a an amplitude conversion magnetic-boundary vortex-induced vibration power generation apparatus, comprising two sets of oppositely arranged fixed sleeves (3); each fixed sleeve 3 comprises two vertical sleeves (31); the vertical sleeve (31) is a hollow cavity; the vertical sleeve (31) comprises a sealed end and an open end; the sealed end of the vertical sleeve (31) is internally provided with a rotating magnetic pole (38); the inner wall of the vertical sleeve (31) is provided with a coil groove (34); a coil winding (36) is mounted in the coil groove (34); also comprising a linear bearing (4), the end of the linear bearing (4) being fixedly connected to the open end of the vertical sleeve (31) by means of a flange (41); a vibration mechanism comprises a vibration rod (1) and a vibration guide rod (2) fixedly connected to the vibration rod (1); the vibration guide rod (2) is provided with a magnetic coil mounting groove (25) and an anti-detachment ring (24); a magnetic coil (86) is mounted in the magnetic coil mounting groove (25); the end of the vibration guide rod (2) is equipped with a movable magnetic pole (87), while the end of the vibration guide rod (2) is also equipped with a shift fork structure used for driving the rotating magnetic pole (38) to rotate; the upper and lower ends of the vibration guide rod (2) extend into the two sets, upper and lower, of oppositely arranged fixed sleeves (3), respectively.
