Disclosed is a steel wire rope tension balancing system for a friction hoisting driving end for an extra-deep well, the system comprising a friction wheel (1), a left and a right guide wheel, left and right steel wire ropes, a left and a right adjusting wheel, a left and a right compound winding wheel, a left and a right adjusting cylinder, a hydraulic pipeline (7), a pump station (8), a pipeline switch group (9), a left and a right hoisting container, a balancing rope (12), and a winding drum (13), wherein the friction wheel (1) is arranged in the middle; the left and right adjusting wheels and the left and right compound winding wheels are distributed around the friction wheel (1) in the circumferential direction; the left and right guide wheels, the left and right adjusting wheels, and the left and right compound winding wheels are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the friction wheel (1); there is an even number of two or more of both the left steel wire ropes and the right steel wire ropes; the adjusting wheels have a degree of freedom of radially moving along the friction wheel (1), and are connected to the adjusting cylinders for radial driving; the stroke direction of both the left and right adjusting cylinders is in the radial direction of the friction wheel (1); the adjusting cylinders are connected to the pump station (8) through the hydraulic pipeline (7); and the pipeline switch group (9) is arranged on the hydraulic pipeline (7).
