A regenerator (5), a micro gas turbine comprising the regenerator (5), and a micro gas turbine generator. The regenerator (5) comprises a housing (110) and multiple heat exchange plates (120). Each of the heat exchange plates (120) comprises a first heat exchange element (121), a second medium flow guide piece (123), and a second heat exchange element (122). The first heat exchange element (121) and the second heat exchange element (122) comprise a first medium flow guide piece I (1211), a heat exchange fin (1212), and a first medium flow guide piece II (1213). A first medium channel (124) is formed between the heat exchange fins (1212) of the first heat exchange element (121) and the second heat exchange element (122) of adjacent heat exchange plates (120). A second medium channel (125) is formed between the heat exchange fins (1212) of the first heat exchange element (121) and the second heat exchange element (122) of each heat exchange plate (120). In the regenerator (5), a heat exchange area is increased to improve heat exchange efficiency, and the size of the regenerator (5) is reduced, enabling the regenerator (5) to be used in a modular manner; in addition, the heat of high-temperature discharged gas is used to heat compressed gas entering a combustion chamber (4) so as to increase a combustion rate of fuels.
