A microscopic image acquisition system comprises: a microscope device for scanning and transferring the light of multiple wavelengths to an object lens and detecting a fluorescent signal which has returned to the object lens after being reflected from an in-vivo tissue; an endo-probe comprising a lens which is inserted into a transplantation device transplanted into an in-vivo body, transfers the light incident from the object lens into a side opening part of the lower end of the endo-probe, and transfers a fluorescent signal light-emitted from the in-vivo body labeled with a fluorescent material onto the object lens; and a rotatable probe movement device for fixing the endo-probe and rotating or vertically moving the fixed endo-probe.
