In order to safely create an electronic album of photos in which various keys possessed by an individual have been photographed, regardless of key type, an electronic key photo album (10) according to the present invention comprises: a photo dummy generation unit (11) that clips a key image from a key photo captured together with a background, and supplements said image with a dummy image to generate a dummy photo; a photo storage control unit (12) that stores the dummy photo, together with metadata for the key photo, in first storage (101), and stores the key image, together with the relative position of the key image in the key photo, in second storage (102) in association with the dummy photo; a photo reconstruction unit (13) that reads a desired dummy photo from the first storage, reads the relative position and key image, associated with the read dummy photo, from the second storage, and pastes the read key image into the read dummy photo at the read relative position to reconstruct the original key photo; and a photo forwarding unit (14) that forwards the reconstructed original key photo to a display device.
