Disclosed are a color base image generation method and system, a base recognition method, a base recognition apparatus, an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium. The color base image generation system in one embodiment comprises: a hybrid wavelength laser system, a signal acquisition system and a flow cell, wherein the flow cell is used to accommodate a nucleotide base carrying a fluorescence label; a hybrid wavelength laser beam generated by the hybrid wavelength laser system irradiates the nucleotide base, which carries the fluorescence label, in the flow cell so as to activate a fluorescence label carried by a nucleic acid molecule in the flow cell; the nucleotide base carrying the fluorescence label transmits an optical signal under the irradiation of the hybrid wavelength laser beam; and the signal acquisition system acquires the optical signal, and carries out color imaging on the acquired optical signal, so as to obtain a color base image.
