An agricultural byproduct wholesale market management system, comprising an information data entry module for entering information of an agricultural byproduct; a monitoring and management module for performing query, supervision and complaint handling on all pieces of upstream and downstream information of the agricultural byproduct, such as production subject information, harvest, storage and transportation information, and sales data; and a warning information processing module for performing information warning on all relevant responsibility subjects and performing processing according to a preset emergency plan. The system includes all the participants in an agricultural byproduct wholesale market therein in different organization modes for management, and registers and records information related to producers, and the producers externally display, by means of the system, information of same implementing standard agricultural production, and mark agricultural byproducts sold on the market with two-dimensional codes. Consumers can make queries according to identifiers of the agricultural byproducts when buying the agricultural byproducts, so as to determine whether the agricultural byproducts are conforming products.
