Disclosed is a low-nitrogen combustion control method of a garbage incineration furnace. The method involves installing a water-cooled separating screen (1.6) in a furnace chamber (1.5) of the garbage incineration furnace, dividing the furnace chamber (1.5) into two parts, i.e. a front furnace chamber (1.5A) and a rear furnace chamber (1.5B), in a transverse direction, separating a flue gas (1.4) generated by the incineration furnace into a front flue gas (1.4A) and a rear flue gas (1.4B), allowing the front flue gas (1.4A) generated in a drying section (1.21) and a pyrolysis section (1.22) to flow in the front furnace chamber (1.5A), allowing the rear flue gas (1.4B) generated in a combustion section (1.23) and a burnout section (1.24) to flow in the rear furnace chamber (1.5B), allowing the rear flue gas (1.4B) at a high temperature to be in a low oxygen environment, and by detecting the data such as the temperature of the flue gas at an outlet of the front furnace chamber (1.5A), the temperature of the flue gas at an outlet of the rear furnace chamber (1.5B), the temperature of a flue gas at an outlet of a mixing furnace chamber, and the contents of combustible components of the flue gases at the outlets of the front furnace chamber and rear furnace chamber (1.5A and 1.5B) and the oxygen O21 amount of the flue gases, calculating the temperature T of the flue gas of the front furnace chamber (1.5A) in which combustible components have been fully combusted and the temperature of a mixed flue gas, and controlling the combustion of bed garbage to be delayed or advanced so as to achieve the purpose of suppressing and reducing NOx formation.
