A control device (11) comprises: a storage unit (40) for storing movement assessment index information for mapping a normal range for doing a work movement to associated knowledge about the normal range; a movement information detection unit (33) for detecting movement information which is the result of measuring the movement of a trainee; a movement determination unit (34) for determining whether or not the movement information detected by the movement information detection unit (33) falls outside the normal range stored in the storage unit (40); and a notification unit (35) for acquiring and providing a notification pertaining to the associated knowledge mapped to the normal range from which the movement information detected by the movement determination unit (34) has deviated.
