SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING A REAL PROCESS PARAMETER OF AT LEAST ONE REAL FIELD DEVICE, METHOD FOR DETERMINING A REAL PROCESS PARAMETER OF AT LEAST ONE REAL FIELD DEVICE, REAL FIELD DEVICE, AND REAL FLOW PATH OF A PROCESS ENGINEERING PLANT
The present invention relates to a system for determining a real process parameter of at least one real field device, such as a control valve and/or pump, which is integrated in a real flow path of a process engineering plant, such as a chemical plant, a food processing plant, a power plant, or the like, and is designed for influencing, such as adjusting, driving, heating, cooling, or the like, the real process fluid flow in accordance with a field device-specific real influencing factor, comprising a virtual twin flow path in which the real flow path is virtually mapped and a twin process fluid flow is virtually influenced in accordance with a twin influencing factor, corresponding to the real influencing factor of the at least one real field device, of at least one twin field device corresponding to the at least one real field device, wherein the twin flow path receives a real output parameter of the real process fluid flow, such as temperature, speed, pressure, volume flow or the like, and/or of the real field device, such as a control path, a pump performance or the like, and virtually determines a twin process parameter of the twin field device corresponding to the at least one real field device on the basis of the at least one twin influencing factor upstream or downstream in terms of fluid flow, wherein the virtually determined twin process parameter is supplied to the at least one real field device as the real process parameter to be determined for further influencing the real process fluid flow.
