A base cloth, polyester fibers and cotton fibers being stirred, mixed and spun into yarns to prepare a flat product, the polyester fiber components being 50-90%, the cotton fiber components being 10-50%, the yarns being woven into the base cloth by means of a warp and weft weaving process. An abrasive disc-dedicated sand cloth, prepared from the base cloth. A sand cloth processing apparatus, comprising a sand cloth processing table, a telescoping device provided on the sand cloth processing table, a roller dragging shaft (2) connected to the telescoping device, a rubber roller (5) provided in a direction directly opposite to the roller dragging shaft, and a flexing bar (3) provided between a roller carrier shaft and the rubber roller. A method for preparing the abrasive disc-dedicated sand cloth, comprising steps of impregnating the base cloth, molding the sand cloth and flexing the sand cloth. Stainless steel products polished by said base cloth do not blacken or yellow, maintaining the degree of finish of the stainless steel, irregular surfaces of stainless steel products polished by the abrasive tool of sand cloth manufactured by the base cloth have good impact resistance, and the abrasive tool of sand cloth flexed by the flexing device has good flexibility and good elasticity.
