Disclosed are a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection method based on a ruthenium complex and a kit. The present invention establishes a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection method with a ruthenium complex as a fluorescent dye. The results show that the ruthenium complex, as a fluorescent dye, can be used within a wider concentration range, and a melting curve can be generated for specific amplification verification and multiple PCR detection.
