The present invention improves the operability of an on-vehicle device, and is provided with: a touching operation unit 10 that senses multiple kinds of touching operations including flicking operations in multiple directions and outputs touching operation sensing signals therefor; and a control unit 20 that issues a control command for an on-vehicle device B depending on the touching operation sensing signals, wherein the control unit 20 allocates multiple control commands in advance for the respective flicking directions of the flicking operations with respect to the touching operation unit 10, and when the flicking directions are recognized from inputs of the touching operation sensing signals, the control unit 20 outputs the control commands allocated to the respective flicking directions.
