A teaching achievement-based course arrangement method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring score rankings of subjects of a student, generating class hour intervals corresponding to the subjects of the student according to the score rankings of the subjects (S110), receiving the durations of courses selected by the student in the class hour intervals corresponding to the subjects (S120), determining class identifiers corresponding to the subjects according to the durations of courses selected by the student (S130), establishing an entry for the correlation between the student, the subjects, and the corresponding class identifiers (S140), collecting correlation entries established for all students, and generating course timetables according to the correlation entries established for all students (S150). The method and apparatus can generate a course arrangement timetable by means of the durations of class hours selected by students from class hour intervals corresponding to score rankings.
