A blockchain-based information processing method and device, and a blockchain network and a computer-readable storage medium. The information processing method comprises: after receiving a transaction request, sent by a terminal, for a target transaction product, verifying the transaction request; where the verification is passed, acquiring user information in a blockchain account of a user included in the transaction request, and acquiring an intelligent contract corresponding to a product identifier included in the transaction request; then generating a transaction contract according to the user information and the intelligent contract, and updating an execution state of a transaction flow included in the transaction contract. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, a transaction contract is generated and updated according to an intelligent contract for different transaction products, the development cost is reduced, and the efficiency of transaction processing is improved.
