The present invention relates to an improved QuantaMatrix assay platform-based, diagnostic method capable of simultaneously identifying the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and nontuberculous mycobacteria and the resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to rifampin, isoniazid, ethambutol, quinolone, second line injectable drugs (KM, AMK, CAP), and streptomycin drugs, and a kit therefor.
