A municipal or agricultural sowing and soil-covering integrated machine, comprising a machine housing (1) a sowing apparatus, a soil-covering apparatus, a water spraying apparatus, and a connecting frame. The sowing apparatus comprises a crushing wheel fixing frame (14), a crushing wheel (15), a hydraulic rod (12), a transmission belt wheel (8), a transmission belt (9), a seeding funnel (10), a sowing funnel (7), and a support frame (6). The water spraying apparatus comprises a motor (4), a water pipe, a spraying head (5), and a water reservoir pool (11). The soil-covering apparatus comprises a mounting frame (3) and a soil-covering plate (2). The soil-covering plate (2) is applicable in organizing crushed earth. The support frame (6) allows the sowing funnel (7) to support seeds for sowing. The water spraying apparatus facilitates a moist environment to be provided for the growth of the seeds. The crushing wheel (15) is used for crushing the earth of an area that needs to be sowed, thus favoring an increased survival rate and germination rate of the seeds. The municipal or agricultural sowing and soil-covering integrated machine integrates the steps of sowing, soil-covering, and water spraying operations in sowing operation steps into a same small-sized machine, has a novel structure and great performance, obviates the need for manual intervention during the process, and allows the automated processing of the steps.
