The invention provides pre-blended mixtures of specific naturally sourcedliquid materials of defined viscosity structured with naturally sourced highmeltingpoint materials. Specifically, the mixtures comprise naturally derivedhydrocarbonliquids having a melting or glass transition point 30°C that areflowable at roomtemperature, and 5 to 75% by weight of naturally derived structuring materialhaving a melting point 30°C, wherein the hydrocarbon liquids andstructuringmaterials are non-petroleum derived materials, the mixtures have a viscositybelow 1000 Pa.s measured at shear rate 10 s-1 at 25 °C; and areprepared bymixing (a) and (b) at 500- 1500 rpm until completely mixed at temperatures ofhigher than highest melting point of any ingredient being blended and coolingtoroom temperature to form pre-blended mixtures.
