FACING THE LEGISLATIVE RESTRICTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO THE USE OF SYNTHETIC ADDITIVES IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY DUE TO THE HEALTH RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR INGESTION, NEW PATHWAYS ARE OPEN FOR THE USE OF NATURAL NON-BREAKING HYPHENOTICS BETTER ACCEPTANCE BY CONSUMERS. WIDELY DESCRIBED BY ITS ANTIOXIDANT AND ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITIES, CASTANEA SATIVA FLOWERS WERE SELECTED FOR INCORPORATION IN GREEN WINE BY THE INDEPENDENT PRODUCER FERNANDO MAGALHÃES PINTO PAIVA.
