The object of the invention is a sewage treatment technology that enables the energy efficiency of sewage treatment to be improved, the BZT and CHZT content of sewage to be reduced.sand and pre-settler which are discharged as purified waste at the final stage of purification is characterised by the fact that between the combined purification tanks (9),nitrification (11) and secondary sediment (12) is the structurer (8). The structurer (8) has a cascade structure and consists of a series of interconnected repetitive assemblies of elements placed in a sealed housing closed with lids. The air duct fitted with:its internal length in multiple aerial elements inside the housing and a water pipe equipped with an inlet and outlet short. The aqueous duct consists of a series of diffusers fitted with ring binders and ring magnets and turbulent elements.behind which are nozzles of expanded air, with the flow of water in the technological system controlled by the control unit (10),which controls the water contamination to level 30 g/m3 and ensures that the water with impurities is discharged to 2 g/m3.
