The scope of the notification is a flow microsystem integrated with nanofibrous mats for the cultivation and regeneration of cells consisting of a hydrophobic top polymer plate (1) equipped with four linear microchannels (1a-1d) (two lateral (1a) and (1d) and two central (1b) and (1c)) with three culture microchambers (5) longitudinal shape each; of hydrophobic bottom plate (2) of polymer, equipped with twelve microdepths,forming a 4 x 3 matrix containing nanofibrous mats (3). Breeding microorganisms (5) shall be located in a place corresponding to the microbial medium,where nanofibrous mats (3) have been placed. In the upper plate (1) there are two entry holes: one (6) connected with three microchannels (one side (1a) and two middle (1b) and (1c)),and the second (7) connected to two microchannels (second lateral (1d) and adjacent central microchannel (1c)),on the other side of the microchannels are three outlets: two separate (8) for side microchannels (1a) and (1d) and one common (9) for middle microchannels (1b) and (1c). Both polymer plates (1) and (2) are permanently combined using an oxygen plasma generator, and the microchambers system (5) and the microdepths with the nanofibre mats (3) are linear, four-row and consistent with the holes in the standard multi-column plate Sarstedt 5022411.
